This is a 32'' x 48'' poster. The intention of this project is to break down complicated data and numbers into readable visuals, simple for any
audience to digest the information. I compared adolescent birth rate in relation to education rate. The initial motivation for choosing theses two data was out of curiousity whether there is a direct relationship between low educated rate to the country's young teen pregnancy rate. Each red dot represents three birth rate percentage. All the countries were first divided by continents. Out of each continent, I selected the highest, the intermediate, and the lowest rate countries. Each chosen country is simplified and shown by their nation flag.
Afterall, I found out that low education rate is indeed a contributed fact to high adolescent birth rate. However, high education rate does not necessary indicate low adolescent birth rate.
