Quaker is a brand with long history. What's interesting about this particular product "Quaker Milk Cereal" series,
is the package outlook transformation. It transformed from
minimalistic Western old-fashion sustainable cardboard
style, into Asian vivid style with flashy neon colors and decorative graphics. I think both style works respectively. However, the Asian one needs to reduce the usage of package material and graphic prints as well. In other words, to make it more green designed.

The product is mainly used for households or individuals on busy schedules, who needs or enjoys having a quick efficient meal. This element contributes to why they invent the 16 portable individual packs within. Keeping it convenient
is one of my design goals.
There are multiple cereal products on the market with various fascinating package designs. I decided to keep the bright expressive colors and texts of the original package, yet adding a bit mature feeling into the design. This way I am hoping users can feel at ease bringing the product to school or offices. Primary user is set as a busy mother of two who also has
a full time job. Secondary users are set as overloaded stressed high school students and elders who live alone and unavaible to cook meals.
